BS DN4 Hoffman Brood Frames & Pins

I did order DN4- accidentaly, I wanted sn4!, I immediately called STB who didnt answer the call, So I left a voice message explaining I had made a rookie error and needed sn4, I also emailed with invoice number etc and asked for the order to be changed with no response…ever! So sure I’ll use the frames but will probably shop elsewhere for better customer service because it annoys me that the message must have been heard and the email read but the lack of response is poor standard for me.
