I love my WHIS system - after 3 years one of mine stopped taking a charge so had to get one replaced. Works perfectly. But the best thing is the Customer Service at Classic Dressage - always helpful and prompt.

The WhIS Competition Individual Unit is far superior to anything else we have used. Ease of pairing, ease of use, and clear signal are all pluses. A recommendation would be to improved the connections on the charge port. Over time the connections seem to corrode and break resulting in the need to repair or replace which can get expensive.
