The sweatshirt itself is great, it will a birthday present. But, I really want to give a great review for the customer service. I ordered the wrong size & there was absolutely no problems with an exchange AND I for got to put in the order #: only my name on the return address. The contact (I lost her name) was nothing but helpful about everything & I got the exchange very quickly. Great company!
