Waist band needs more give

The overall fit is okay. However I have the same problem finding a size the xs fits but the waist band is not made for going over women’s hips. It fits my waist but it’s a struggle to get over the hips and bum. Then the small is huge. I really wish Figs would give just a little more stretch to their waistbands.
