You should know that if your buying the cheaper option that you'll be taking a gamble with quality control. Luckily, my unit does not appear to have the polling rate/dropped inputs issue that many others seem to have, or at the very least, I couldn't tell at my skill level. The dons are surprisingly sensitive, so much so that I don't feel the need to mod them, they are already super sensitive. The durability is also pretty good, I drum pretty hard but I have not seen any noticeable damage to the drum head. Although, my unit does have an issue with the kas, that being they are super insensitive. I need to hit the edge quite hard to get it to register and even then it sometimes does not register a hit. This might be resolvable through modding, which is generally the expectation with taiko controllers, but it is worth noting that quality control is a big issue with this one. If you don't want to spend $100 USD on a HORI controller, you might consider getting this one, but be mindful that yours might come practically useless.
