Yes, it took a while for the package to leave Charles de Gaulle Airport because of required customs paperwork. Yes, the frame was damaged in transit. However I easily contacted Eve in customer service who suggested i straighten the bent metal. I took the artwork to a friend who carefully straightened all of the parts. I was especially blessed when Eve, quickly, provided me with a $10 refund for my trouble. I worked on the real article so obtaining that artwork is important to me. Thank you
