Web store experience would be far improved if tracking of packages were possible without needing to scan a QR code and download a 3rd party app. UPS, FEDEX, USPS all have tracking on public websites that don't involve apps and giving permission to 3rd parties to bombard the user w/messages. I would have been much happier if I'd been able to track my package. And I would have been happier if NeilMed had replied to me when I wrote to them and asked them to track it and tell me expected day. I wasn't going to complain, but since NeilMed has written to me numerous times asking for feedback, that's my honest review of my experience. It wasn't great.

Not a fan

I use the rinse daily, but sometimes when we travels it's not possible to fill a bottle so I bought these on the go. It's hard to get all or even half of the rinse out of the tube.
