Great on smoked wings!
I mix it with cornstarch 1 to 1 and coat the wings in it. I put them in a cold smoker and set it for 400°. It takes about 50 minutes so turn them at the halfway point. 170° and preferred crispy skin. Toss in sauce.

Absolutely delicious on beef, poultry, fish. Not overwhelming, just so flavorful!!
