Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub

Best tri-tip

I often reverse sear a tri-tip using the recipe from the Recteq website. The recipe uses Greg's 4 letter rub, Ben's heffer dust and some fresh chopped rosemary from the garden. It is sooo easy and sooo good. Lots of requests for tri-tip on the weekend bbq's. Thank you guys and gals for my awesome RT 1250 bbq and all of the Recteq accessories!!!

Even if id DID NOT say Chef Greg's. . . .

. . . , I'd still be a fan ! I go through about 4 bottles of this great seasoning a year. Is that because I met Chef Greg at the recteq Academy. . . ? Nope ! It's just that good !

lesson learned. . .

I have used and gifted 4 Letter rub for several years. The lesson I learned was not to store it outside of the air conditioning. My container had become like a rock over the winter. Thank you, REC TEC, for all that you do. Tonight, 7-9-26, I'll have two nice steaks on my BULLSEYE.
