i love the smell of this, its light and relaxing. i use this sometimes with the astral oil. when i remember. i havent isolated my use with this so i cant say to confidently how its affected me. i do sleep nice when i use this. like im lulling myself to sleep. pair this with any sleep tea, i like valerian, and you’ll be out like a light
