The Perfect Upgrade

I made a promise to my wife that on our 10 year wedding anniversary, I would buy her her own engagement ring. I proposed with her late Grandmother's engagement ring. Priceless for it's own reasons. We visited the showroom in August, and the entire design process was great. Everything was explained in great detail, I personally align with their carbon neutral approach. We were set to renew our vows in early September, and based on the order and time it takes to create, the ring would wasn't going to be ready for that day and the photo shoot. My wife and I understood that. We were just happy she was getting exactly what she wanted. We weren't stressed. The Holden rep, who ironically happened to be one of the founding partners on that day, went above and beyond and the ring was ready in time for our vow renewal! I can't say enough about Holden. My wife absolutely loves her ring. I love everything about Holden and what they do. Great company, Great staff.
