Pencil Crayon Eyeliners

Very goog pigment, applys very smoothly and has a great texture. Although will remove foundation or concealer if applied on top if your heavy handed. Will have to apply a few times if you do it lightly which is okay. I bought this for my waterline, it doesnt stay on that area, it does work well for highlights in certain areas though.

I have very watery eyes and the black stays on for hours! It's also very pigmented, love it!

Best eyeliner I’ve tried so far! I have really sensitive and watery eyes and it stayed on all day! Even in windy weather.
