Good band terrible screwdriver.

Band looks great and fits perfectly. Somewhat difficult to install on the watch, however, I did eventually get it done. Screwdriver in the tool set is pathetic. Even after several soakings in very hot water the screwdriver did not have enough torque to remove the screws. Fortunately, I have a more robust jewelers screwdriver that removed the screws effortlessly. Pretty satisfied with the watch band and the look.

Hello Everest Team. I received a request to do a review for my recent purchase and thought that I should write something. Honestly, I was a little sceptical at first about ordering stuff from the website. Unfortunately, the UAE dealer of your products does not have the full range and variety, hence I was exploring ways in which I could get hold of the straps that I was looking for. After carrying out extensive research on available options it was clear that it was only going to be Everest or no one! After a quick exchange of emails with Everest, I got a very confident reply that my UAE credit card would be accepted and shipment could indeed be sent to Dubai. I then took the plunge! I ordered 3 products (one strap to go with my original clasp, one sport strap with buckle, and one travel toolkit). The online purchase experience and the speed with which the products got delivered was simply great. The stuff was in town in literally 2 days! Best experience ever. Many many thanks for that. The straps are absolutely awesome and the way they join the casing - it is totally amazing! Friends and colleagues are asking me about these straps, and I have happily and promptly passed on Everest's details. You guys are the best. I will certainly be ordering more straps in future. The only 'issues' to report are: (A) the tip of the screwdriver is a little loose. In fact it was outside the screw driver when the stuff arrived. However this wasn't a big deal as I know the tip is meant to be removable. I was able to insert it back into the screw driver and secure it with the tiny screw, but sadly the tip remains a little loose. (B) the second thing that I noticed is that the tip of the screw driver (i.e. the end that goes into a screw's groove) is a tad thicker than the groove and would not fit the screws on my Sub Ceramic. This meant that sadly I wasn't been able to use your screw driver for unscrewing links on the bracelet. Again, it didn't stop me from getting the straps fixed. I took the straps and the watch to my local Rolex dealer and they happily did the job for me. Later on I discovered that the micro screw driver on my trusty Swiss Army Knife fits the screws perfectly hence I'll be using that in future, and will keep the Everest screw driver handy for some other task.
