Great design but hurts my head

I love the design of the glasses! Looks amazing and its so chic. Problem is that, it is hurting the sides of my head above the ears. I thought I picked a pair that would be good to fit my face shape. I have a fairly wide face and low bridge. Sadly- it’s not working that way and I have tried to reach out to support. I don’t know if there is anything I can do about it besides give it to someone else- that will fit.
