Great training aid to learn how to apply pressure, hand positioning at address and top of backswing, and speed generated by the gear effect of the proper throwing of the clubhead. Creates proper feel and muscle memory with routine use.

The Force Ball is amazing! Prior to using the force ball, I felt like I had my grip down. But the fourth ball truly taught me how to actually swing the club and what the club path look like. I literally use it every day, then I get my grip right with the molded grip and then I hit balls. My draw has never looked better and my swing looks professional. Great product!
