Love the product. Customer service is not personable
Love the hoodie but there were issues with shipping. Got the wrong size sent. Customer service was slow to respond and not personable at all. Chat was a bot and email was a canned, offshore response. Requested a call that I never received. Finally got my correct order after having to go through return process which was a hassle. Was disappointed at lack of personal attention. You can have a great product but customer service is just as important.
