Poor QC
This is not the first time I’ve ordered from this company, and unfortunately, the same issues continue to occur. Every order has included bars that are flattened, cracked, or improperly tempered. I could understand these imperfections if the products were sold as seconds, but that is not what I’m paying for. I own a business myself, and I understand the importance of quality control. We take pride in ensuring that every product that leaves our establishment meets our standards and reaches our customers in excellent condition. I expect the same level of care and attention from the companies I purchase from. It’s disappointing to have these issues with every order, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Good way to try it out
2 of each flavor in sample box, excellent way to find your favorites. A great way for us seniors to have a snack and up our protein input at the same time. Only bar I can eat with a soft consistency. Also delicious.

All good except strawberries and cream
Really enjoyed all the flavors except for strawberries and cream. I'll pass on that one - it's the only one that tastes "chalky and protein-y" and I didn't even eat the entire bar because it was terrible. But the rest are delicious and I love enjoying a "candy bar" that feels like a treat when I'm hungry/wanting something to tide me over until dinner time.
