I ordered $3,000 worth of products and am waiting on shipment for going on two months with multiple emails to LuLu & Georgia and no response. To date, I’ve sent 3 emails to support and have received no reply. I mysteriouslly recieved a $107.01 refund with no explanation, and still no update. Be aware— if you have any challenges with LuLu & Georgia, their customer service is horrible. I hate to leave a bad review because the products are good… IF they make it to you. Unacceptable customer support.
