Improvements Needed

End of shoe is extremely narrow and thin, so shoe rubs on both sides of feet as well as on top of foot; opening of foot does not hold shoe securely, so my heel comes out of my shoe and back in with each step; wish shoe was slightly less shiny; I hate shoes that are almost two “pointy” at the end, and these fit that description.

Uncomfortable walk

Not at all happy. I have purchased a few shoes from you and never had a problem till this one. The base is uneven as if it's tilted upwards from the front. I am very uncomfortable walking in these shoes. The front of the shoes never hits the ground.
