Exactly what I was looking for

I originally ordered the black version and wore them extensively while walking around Manhattan as well as in the office. I'm a size 10.5 or so, ordered an 11 for both the black and the brown, and both fit perfectly. Like one of the previous comments mentioned, be wary of the heel being worn down over time. It's not so much an issue with this shoe, but rather city streets just being tough on most dress shoes. I usually install heel protectors on all my Calto's and replace the protectors frequently - this prevents the heel from being worn down and allows you to get A LOT of use out of these shoes. Lastly, in my personal experience with the design of this model in particular, what stands out to me is its pointy toe region resulting in a bit of space at the toes, I wouldn't say it's a size issue though just the way it's designed. This isn't an inconvenience for me and I prefer the sleek look of the shoe, however after wearing the black ones for a while I noticed that a longer shoe can predispose you to creasing the shoe prematurely. To counteract this I want to see if frequent polishing can delay the wear and tear process in that regard. My only gripe is that I wish Calto would use a moderately more durable type of leather, then I feel with the right maintenance you could get a multi-year usage out of these shoes without any doubt. Otherwise, they're effectively perfect.

Great Shoes; Sole's not so Much

Stylish shoes I have been buying Caltos for years. They are always durable. In this case, the heels of my shoes are deteriorating after only a few weeks. I will have them repaired. I will still buy Calto with that in mind.
