I bought these height increase trainers because I currently wear height increase shoes at work, being that I am only 5ft6ins tall they make me look around 5ft8 1/2 - 5ft9ins tall. I normally wear shoes that make me 2 inches taller because I feel more comfortable wearing them. The trainers even though they add an extra 3 inches in height, they definitely feel comfortable, but I would not recommend playing soccer when wearing the trainers or going on a long distance run, but for a walk or just going out casually they are comfortable enough.

Heel of foot doesnt fit in all the way

Not quite enough room for the heel to fit all the way in the shoe when wearing them.
