Seriously special shampoo

I really wish I got this before the I bought the other two premium shampoos that have now been eclipsed by this. My hair feels unbelievably strong and so smooth after rinsing. A little goes a long way and the texture, lather, and smell are super lush. Packaging too.

WHAT HAPPENED???

Necessaire, what did you do? I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner since it was first released and something has changed, at least with the conditioner. I recently restocked and have only gotten into the new bottle of conditioner and something has definitely changed and not for the better. The wonderful smell is gone, the texture of the conditioner is totally different and what was a luxury shampoo/conditioner IMO now feels and smells cheap. I can’t speak for the shampoo as I’m still using my previous bottle, but unless you tell me I must have gotten a strange batch and nothing has changed, I will no longer be purchasing. Such a shame!I will never understand why companies do this.
