Awful customer service, I will never order from this company again. I sent an email within an hour of ordering to cancel this order, I sent an email the next morning to cancel the order, I tried calling their number around lunch (but it only gives an international number), then I tried messaging their team from their website right after. Only for them to process the order 8 hours later and then within 20 minutes of receiving a “processed order” email, they returned my email saying the order was already processed. Absolute garbage experience. Now I get to pay for round trip shipping because of this. Returning this product and never visiting this company website again.
