Glowforge Spark

First off I originally ordered the spark and I got an email from the company itself. In fact the VP of marketing I believe her name is Rebekah Bastian in her email. She said if I upgraded for a cost of $400 my machine would ship the next day and I’d get the aura instead of the sparkso I did that and then what followed was a nightmare however, now that I have my unit and was compensated $75 for my troubles which was not nearly enough, I am thoroughly enjoying learning learning how to use it and getting some projects done
