Worst customer service ever!

I received my trampoline with one of the boxes completely destroyed. It was broken open on one end and I ended up finding out that I lost a whole box of springs during shipment. Not only that but the frame had tons of scratches and chipped paint from the horrible treatment during shipping. Machrus blamed ups and submitted a damage claim to which I provided complete evidence and was then subsequently denied. Machrus did nothing to try and help me out with the damage. I paid almost $200 for shipping. I had to spray paint the frame on my own to prevent rust. In return for my time and money their idea of good customer service was to offer 10 percent off my next purchase. I have honestly never had worse customer service in my life. Go elsewhere, pay less and you will be happy you did. I used them because I had previously purchased a trampoline and alway had parts available if needed. I would rather gamble on one for half the price on Amazon and worry about the parts later. Paying a premium for their products is a waste of time.
