Mattress protector

I called Dream Fit customer service because this mattress protector feels like I’m sleeping on plastic. The representative said that she couldn’t do anything about it because since Covid their product is rated the same as intimate apparel. She said she would ask management but I didn’t get a call back. I shopped thoroughly and checked reviews. I don’t know how this product could have good reviews.
