Direct replacement for upper bounce mat

This mat fit as a direct replacement for our upper bounce mat that was tearing. Overall seemed like good quality, I noticed one snag on the tramp and hopefully it doesn't become more. The kids comment on how much bouncier the trampoline is now.

Bad experience

Very sad to say: we purchased an upper bounce trampoline years ago and it was finally time to replace the net and poles around the trampoline as well as mat. Contacted support and they gave me all part numbers and I ordered. Stuff arrived and missing the 90 degree parts for poles. Asked about it and told, oh no, even though you can’t use the poles without those 90 degree parts they are separate order, u should have ordered those too… even though you can’t use what you ordered without them…. I mentioned that I ordered what they themselves told me to order… they pretty much said too bad. I mentioned that the net also didn’t come with the rope the original came with, they did send me that.
