I bought size 2 based off reviews and size guide. When I tried them on, my first thought was they felt a little loose and too comfy to be effective. I then happened to have a very busy day and a very heavy period, and they were absolutely amazing. They held up, were unbelievably comfortable and very secure - could not be happier with my purchase and will definitely be buying more!

Dislike the double fabric construction but function is good

The best reusable underwear. Perfect for sport and any daily active energetic activites. They hold you in all the right places, but kind and flexible enough to be comfortable, I love mine and will buy again when I need them.
