The customer service was amazing, the shipping was sub par, the product color was not the shade I was expecting. So I'm disappointed in the color being too dark for my color scheme. If it was a lighter anodized color, I'd be more excited about it. But knowing they are custom for my current wheels is super sad as I most likely may not be able to use them for a different wheel.

Best expirence I've ever had with a company period. The owner went above and beyond to get me my Wheelset on time and the build quality is nothing short of exceptional. I really appreciate the best customer service I've expirienced ever in my life! Highly recommend SpokeX!
