HOP+ PLLA Promoter Volumizing Eye & Lip Cream

I do not see any volumizing. I like all other HOP + products, but this one disappoints.

Great Hydrating Eye Cream

I like the way this product hydrates under my eyes, and when using it consistently, it seems to help diminish fine lines and help with bags. I really like the HOP+ PLLA brand, and I'm hoping with consistent use the area around and under my eyes will improve more!

Seriously, almost too good to be true. Note: I'm using this for hollows under the eyes. I don't know how it works for other issues (dark circles, etc).
