This wash was recommended to me by an experienced skin care provider who helped me clear the cystic acne I was experiencing in my 30s. I have been using it ever since and believe it is an effective wash for my face, chest, and shoulders! (But don't think that a wash alone will clear your skin... It also starts from within. Your diet has a lot to do with your skin health!)
