Second wreath that I have bought it looks better in the picture. First thing I thought after opening it is, I need to return this as soon as possible. It is not as thick as it says it’s supposed to be. It looks very fake and nothing like the first rave just cheap. I called to try to get a return label because a couple of days later you could order a reef with free shipping, but I paid for shipping on this one. However, every time I would call no one would answer customer service or shipping. I have called numerous times. I wish I liked the reef just a little bit and I would keep it, but I guess I’m gonna have to pay shipping because I am very displeased with it
