The team is extremely responsive to any and all questions - and will provide you with suggestions based on what you like, or set up a zoom session for a personal assessment. You can order multiple frames and they will ship to you for free… try on at home, decide what you like without any salesperson pressure, and free return shipping for frames you don’t want to keep AND frames you do want to keep and have prescription lenses added. I cannot say enough about how easy and truly satisfying this process has been - and I’ve ended up with two beautiful new frames. I live in the NYC area and have access to some amazing eyewear retailers - but the selection at Visionist is perfectly curated, leaving me no need to travel into the city to shop around.
