Randy's Hatch Chile Salsa

I had always wanted to try the salsa out from this company, but I resisted because I was worried it would be expensive. I finally did the bullet as a treat and I'm so glad to have amazing salsa that is jarred because so many of them are terrible. This one was really delicious and I bought two other jars and I'm looking forward to eating those as well. I've eaten it several times and love it.

Very good taste , I put in scrambled eggs with diced ham.

Too much liquid this batch, in my opinion, but still very good..
