Very Disappointed

Much anticipated $228 shirt arrived wrinkled and heavily creased, and had an issue accordingly. Reached out to customer service asap for assistance via phone and email and ZERO response?!?! With over a dozen Kahala shirts in my closet, this 'special edition' was going to be the crown jewel. Instead, it washed away 20 years of goodwill and brand loyalty.
