Absolutely the best

These are the best tasting bone in pork chops I have had in many, many years (70). There usually is a nice fat cap around the chop which is the best. However, I do not grill mine, I put them frozen in the air fryer and they come out perfect every time. The only thing that could improve is if they would put a piece of wax paper or something between the chops. Because I am alone, I have to defrost the entire package to get one chop out.
