RagTop Fire Duty Mitts

I was sent the wrong item and customer service answered my call and fixed it right then and there. I received my product a week later. Nice work guys

Bought a pair for myself a while back, loved them, my girlfriend wanted to try them so I bought her a pair, ordered the wrong size, emailed them and told them, they changed the order in 5 minutes, she loves the gloves as well, never will buy a different pair.

These gloves are fantastic, break-in process makes them fit better than any gloves I have used. Had a fire the day after I broke them in, and I have nothing but great things to say, and the dexterity is unmatched! I ended up talking the Department into making them our standard issue.
