Best of the bunch

I’m getting back to running after a year out for injury & haven’t actually got to time or distance where I need to have a recovery shake. But Cappo is really useful when I need to train before breakfast or don’t have time to make a proper lunch. Works well with just water & also whizzed up with soya milk, oats, peanut butter & banana for something more substantial.

A great alternative to an iced coffee

This flavour ended up being my favourite out of the protein flavours released by Veloforte. I found the taste to actually be quite delicious and it’s a perfect for post workouts or a ‘snack’. No issues with it at all.
