Use these when I know I have multiple days in the saddle, and it's such a nice feeling knowing you are taking care of your body, and your taste buds get a treat as well! Winner winner!!! Don't feel as fatigued after a long ride when I take one of these. They are easy to use easy to mix and the taste is gorgeous

Protein powder

This is not my favourite powder for mixing, it can take a while and you have to add the powder and water gradually. I use a cooking whisk, a blender would probably be better. Other than that, the flavour is good. I used it after my swim session.

Good enough

I didn't mind this vegan protein shake, however, wasn't too keep on turmeric flavour, it was too overpowering. Would prefer just a coffee flavoured shake.
