Just the right weight to do winter swims in a heated pool when it’s breezy and chilly . It isn’t too buoyant for lap swimming and dons easily . The light fleece lining slides easily and gives a little extra thermal protection.i hate struggling to take off front zip suits which are most common . The back zip suit is the only exposure suit I’ll use now
