Unheard of customer service!

Good morning, I am writing to express how impressed I am with your staff and their extreme willingness to work with your customers. I called on 09-29 and spoke with a gentleman about the status of my order, # 921233A. He looked into the matter and assured me the situation would be resolved. I believe I received the order a couple of days later. Upon receiving them, I called asking how to install the lenses. Ella was very gracious and explained the RX lenses are already in the mask. The Lenses in the boxes are the originals. She then took the initiative to see how we can get me Page Reader lenses, as a full +2.50 lens will not work for me. To add to this, I received an email with a call tag for return shipping, to retune my order with the goal of getting the customer what they need. I have a bucket list trip on the 18th to Cozumel and a week of diving. Ella left a phone message stating others are involved in this, obviously, by the "all hands on deck" approach I’ve seen.
