It was okay, but having problems
The bumpboxx was working great to start but now we are having sound issues and will be beginning the process of making a claim on the warranty. Hopefully it can get resolved and made right and we love this speaker for personal use and the baseball team!

Doesn’t charge…
I thought it was the charger itself, so I bought a new one. The unit itself doesn’t charge…so it’s been a waste of money.

Excited to disappointment
I have always wanted a bumpboxx, when I got it the look is amazing until I turned it on. The sound was so terrible it literally hurt my ears. We tried adjusting still a terrible sound quality. And there is no way it is a 400w speaker because my 250w JBl blows it out of the water. Now this free unlimited returns a complete and utter joke. I have been trying to return this for 2 weeks and my request remains “under review”. Really all around upset and disappointed
