E-File Bit - Large Barrel Bit - Chamfer

Unfortunately my bit came damaged and I was unaware. I didn't notice that it looked like it was dropped or something. The teeth are damaged. Like I said I didn't notice until it was to late. I used it on my client and the teeth being damage caused it to skip and actually cut my client. I was mortified. Never have I ever had any issue with VBP products. I've always been more than satisfied so this is the first time I've had any complaints therefore I can't say it's a bad bit cuz I believe it was just a defective bit.
