I've owned the black version of this shirt for the past two winters, usually every day. Being Merino wool, you don't have to wash it very often, as in once a month, maybe. It seems to regulate my body temperature very well in a variety of conditions, and I've worn it on long rucks in temperatures down to 29 degrees F. Being wool the shirt can build up static electricity and it is a lint and pet hair magnet, but the pros are worth those few cons. I'm 6'0" and 175 pounds, athletic build, and the large fits me perfectly.

Absolutely love it. I bought one now i have 8 or 10. Lightweight and warm, even when wet.
