Aerobic Step Mats (Custom-Sized to Fit Precisely on Top of Your Step)

I love my Step bench! I bought it with 6 risers and a mat to use for strength training when I wasn't otherwise using it for step areobics. So far I've only used it for cardio and with one set of risers. I love the pretty pink color! My old step bench from the early 90's was starting to slip on the floor. I needed a safer upgrade. My One Strong Southern Girl Step bench feels pretty secure.

I like the feel of the mat and it’s perfect for the times you just want a little something extra under your hands too (like mountain climbers)
