These are good for outside, I use them for outside activities likebike riding. They are comfortable to wear, great for blocking sunlight and glare, and because they have a bifocal style lens it is effortless to read my watch and phone. Just what I was looking for.

Girlfriend loves them; she occasionally loses a pair but always asks for these.
