I am very disappointed with the shoes I purchased from your store. I received them on August 3, and I recently noticed that the sole is already starting to separate. What is disappointing is that I have only worn the shoes around 3 to 5 times since I received them. I take good care of my shoes and have not used them excessively, so I did not expect this issue to happen after only a few uses. Considering the price and my expectations of the product’s quality, this is very disappointing. Honestly, this experience makes me feel that it may be better to buy shoes directly from an actual physical store, where I can inspect the product personally and easily seek assistance if there is a problem.
