Excellent product, less than excellent packaging

I discovered Zero% shampoo and conditioner when I stayed in a hotel. It is an expensive indulgence, but it is a truly excellent product and works well with the hard water in my area. My only complaint is that one or both of the pump dispensers is usually non-functioning. It might be because of the very compressed way in which it is packed and shipped, but I have to take care to save the pump from one bottle and transfer it to the next. For the price point of this product, I would expect better.
