The Frame

Great, sturdy, bed frame! I was skeptical on just how sturdy it was going to be. It's a great value and super easy to set up. I love my bed frame and it was super easy to unpack and assemble, should I ever move again soon, I have piece of mind that this is a super simple set up and just as easy to take apart! No drills, screws or wood pegs makes this a great choice for apartments too.

Exactly as advertised. Most of the bad reviews seem to not understand this is just a base frame. Perfect for me, as I need a special kind of box frame to go between this frame and my mattress, so this gave me total control over my setup. I am about 260lbs and usually have one or two large dogs with me, so the extra duty durability is a must!

The frame is amazing and I’m so happy I finally got it. It doesn’t come with a box spring, but there are affordable bunkie boards out there, so it wasn’t that big of a deal to me. The shipping, however, was terrible. I got this frame because my last bedframe was cheap and broke on me. A few days before it broke, I noticed my previous frame was scratching up my floor because of how unstable it was, and decided to order this off of Brooklyn Bedding. It took a MONTH to actually arrive, contradicting the eta I got from here. When I tried to contact customer service, they kept telling me to wait until the next day to contact them again. Once it was actually shipped out though, it only took the usual 3-5 days. I don’t know why it took so long to get everything ready for shipping, and I’m upset that I got no help from customer service throughout this process. I will not be buying from here again because of this, and don’t recommend buying from here if you’re in a pinch. If you’re fine waiting up to a month for a bed frame, then I totally recommend this because it IS one of the best frames I’ve ever had, just terrible customer service and a terrible wait time.
