Fantastic service

I purchased quite a few bits and my order arrived so quickly which was a very welcome surprise. When I opened my parcel though my compartment box was unfortunately damaged and cracked which would’ve meant that I wouldn’t be able to use it. I emailed customer services and asked if anything could be done and received a response the same day to say I would be receiving a new box in the post in a few days. It was totally unexpected but such fantastic service and it also arrived promptly. Thank you so much!
