I ordered roses for my daughter for her birthday. She was going into the hospital for surgery the day after. The roses did not arrive the day I asked. I emailed without response. I called and was asked ro leave a voice mail. No response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Suddenly the flowers were shipped but it was too late. Her birthday and surgery had passed and she was no longer her in town. I called and asked for a supervisor who told me they were delivered. And that all delivery dates are approximate and not a guarantee. She was rude and hung up on me. I called USPS and they said the packageI ordered roses for my daughter for her birthday.
