6'2 and 240 lbs with an athletic build and the XLT fit me exceptionally well as a mid layer. This piece exceeded my expectations for the sale price. I will probably be ordering another color soon.

It will definitely help in my blind as well as a layer also On the size personal preference could of probably been ok with a large but xlarge is what I like just a little more breathing room and a base layer underneath or a heated vest
